About International Listings
International Listings has been a leader in online luxury classifieds advertisements since 2001. The company was acquired in 2007 by two longtime friends, Andy Hagans and Brian Thibault.
While looking online for beachfront condos in the Virgin Islands, Brian and Andy realized there were very few quality Web sites dedicated entirely to specialized real estate in the global market. Most sites try to be "one size fits all" travel and real estate sites, but fail to provide many listings of specialized properties in more remote or exotic locations. The two friends bought the existing International Listings Web site and re-launched it with a new design and new features, planning to fill the need in the market for international property classifieds.
In 2008, Justin Klemm joined the team as lead developer. Justin is an expert in emerging Web technologies and uses his talents to create new features and value-adds for International Listings clients. Andy, Brian and Justin are working hard to make International Listings one of the most recognized names in luxury real estate.
About the owners
Andy Hagans is an Internet entrepreneur who focuses on promotion and building Web traffic. Andy Has lived in Florida, Ohio, China, Iowa, and Texas, among other locations. His dream house is a beachfront bungalow in Dominica, an island in the Carribean.
Justin Klemm is a web developer with expertise in emerging Internet technologies. He is originally from the north east. His dream home is a mansion in San Diego.
Brian Thibault is an entreprenuer specializing in ecommerce and usability. He is originally from Columbus, Ohio, USA, and is a big OSU Buckeyes fan. His dream home is a chateau in France.
