The home is presently set up for guest accommodation and new owners could use it exclusively for themselves, or let the Guest pavilion to golfers as luxury accommodation and operate this as a business or B&B. The Guest Pavilion offers sunny, intimate and private areas with it's separate entry for guests and the choice of two courtyards.

The third pavilion is a two car garage with 7 metres of storage cabinets, and internal access to the main house.

The home is ideal for absentee owners. Tim, the gardner, ensures the gardens and trees are clipped, lawns all mown and with the home being located within a gated community, the home is safe and grounds are kept pristine while you are away.

The views from the home are unique....... palms, lush green, native bush, forestry, mountains, lakes, and being a wild-life sanctuary.....native birdlife inluding some endangered species.

The home is bordered to the North by a reserve ensuring the house and it's private spaces will never be built out..... a major asset in a time when land and privacy is scarce.

The architecture is spacious, light-filled, clean and contemporary with a crisp edginess to it. Having said it is contemporary, the house with the generous studs, sits well with a mix of modern furniture, antiques and is an excellent foil for art.

The house has been beautifully designed and built with a robust cavity system, decent eaves, low maintenance materials, with much thought gone into longevity and detailing with the emphasis on the finished product being robust, having loads of space and light.

We have a few residents here who share their time between UK and NZ. There is currently a heated lap-pool and soon to be an outdoor swimming pool and gym equipment in the new recreation centre with tennis courts.
It is the ideal place to escape. Golfers and visitors helicopter in and land adjacent to the 18th fairway.
