Traditional, Dalmatian house Rachel is situated inside fully protected historical nucleus of the town, and within the first row of houses next to the sea. Before the reconstruction the house was ordinary one-floor traditional building.

Uniqueness and exclusiveness of this house is due to the highest standards of reconstruction under strict supervision of known conservator, fully in harmony with historical surroundings and tradition of old Dalmatian houses, plus used construction material of highest quality. South facade of the house is decorated with native Dalmatian stone plates, while west and north facade with traditional plaster. Slant roof is made of wooden construction, covered by tiles and stone eaves.

Windows have stone frame made of original natural stone(from island Brac). All the openings in outer walls are closed with high quality aluminium rustic green windows with aluminium shutters. Windows and doors are carefully selected to match protected historical nucleus of the place and indigenous surrounding area of the house Rachel.

The house has gross construction surface of 68 m2. It is situated towards south-west. Entrance to the house is from the north, with access by car.

It has all public utility connections.
