The House is Based on 2 sections and 3 levels.
1st.SECTION is Road/Sea level. There is a vast space which might serve as garage/Storage/Hobby Room or if the walls in between the pillars are knokcked down, it can be made in to a Cafe-Bar or Restaurant kind of outfit.
2nd. SECTION above the first, lays the house and it's 3 levels.
1st. LEVEL is the garden level which has an indipendent enterance and can serve as guest headquarters with a large livingroom, large fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and fitted bathroom. On this level, seperated from the house itself, with seperate enterance also lays maid's quarters., which is complete with a bedroom, fitted kitchen and bathroom. The swimming pool and large patio with bar also is on this level.
2nd. LEVEL is a dublex with indipendent enterance, housing large Livingroom, fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 fitted bathrooms.
All kitchens and bathrooms have appliences and the rooms are furnished (Optional) with air-con fitted.
