Incredible property 15 minutes from Ottawa. No noise or pollution. I can see the stars at night and listen to the frogs yet once I get into the car I can be walking at the parliament buildings in 20 minutes! (My in-laws live right in Ottawa and it would take them half an hour.)
Included in the property is a 1200 sq.ft. guest house, heated workshop, 1500 sq.ft. and a large barn in good condition. My daughter is curently living in the guest house with her family.(husband and 2 kids.) The workshop is currently being used as a school for guitar-making and for the manufacture of guitars.
