This is an 11th century jewel -a wing of a castle located only one and one-half hours south of Paris near Courtenay. Four bedrooms, beautiful reception rooms with a small adjoining chapel, a pigeonnier, gorgeous attic and small dependency. All original materials. The garden is filled with trees and borders on a chapel. The great thing about this chateau is that it has the cachet of a castle but because it is only a wing, it is more like a very large house. The rest of the castle is owned by the village so you don't share the castle with anyone else.
